Homemade Hamburger with Mushrooms and Baked Zucchini
1 ¾ cup – 400g minced beef
1 1/8 cup – 170g onions
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp – 8 g hot paprika
2 tbsp – 8g parsley (chopped)
black pepper to taste
1 tbsp – 16g soy sauce
salt to taste
5 tbsp – 75g EVO Oil
2 cups – 300g zucchini
1 tsp – 1g origan
1 1/3 cup – 100g champignons mushrooms
1 ½ – 150g cheddar cheese
ketchup to taste
In a bowl, season the minced meat with 1/8 cup – 20g of chopped onions, 1 clove of chopped garlic, ½ tbsp – 4g of paprika, 1tbsp – 4g of chopped parsley, ground pepper, ½ tbsp – 8g of sauce of soy and salt. Mix well to combine the ingredients. Give the shape of two hamburgers of the same weight and grill for 15-20 minutes on both sides.
In the meantime, oil a pan with 2 tbsp – 30g of oil, place the sliced zucchini on top, salt and cover with the onions, also cut into round slices. Sprinkle with the remaining paprika, oregano, oil (2 tbsp – 30g) and bake at 374 °F – 190 °C for 20-25 minutes.
In a pan add the oil (1tbsp -15g), 1 clove of garlic and the mushrooms cut into quarters. Add the remaining parsley and the soya sauce, and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the zucchini from the oven, add the cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve on the plate by covering the burger with the zucchini and cheddar, the mushrooms as a side dish and a ketchup decoration to taste.
