Sliced Beef Pizzaiola, simple and delicious Italian traditional dish!
2 beef slices
1 cup – 200g cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp – 45g EVO Oil
2 garlic cloves
salt to taste
oregano to taste
In a pan, add the oil, the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the tomato and salt, cook for about 3 minutes, and place the beef slices. Add more salt and oregano. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for about 40-45 minutes, taking care to turn the steaks halfway through cooking.
Serve with buffalo mozzarella or fior di latte.
