Homemade bread
Tropea onion
Garlic cloves
Chilli pepper
Datterino tomatoes
Oregano
Fresh Basil
Herb dressing
Mozzarella cheese
Black olives
EVO Oil

Cut the bread into slices and grill until it is golden in colour. Rub a clove of raw garlic on one side of each slice.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and divide them into three separate bowls. Season the first with oil, salt and oregano, the second with oil, salt and fresh basil, and the third with a dressing of herbs (marjoram, thyme, chives, garlic, balsamic vinegar, oil, salt and pepper).

Cut the mozzarella into cubes, pit the olives, cut the onions into slices, chop the chilli pepper after cleaning it, and begin to season the bruschetta to taste.

Classic bruschetta: garlic, tomato, basil and olive oil.
Add mozzarella.
Add Onion
Add Onion and Olives.
Add mozzarella, onions and olives
Add mozzarella and chilli
Use your imagination to create new bruschetta.
